We do this by curating active job-seekers every week on our marketplace, we then pre-select employers who will be able to access these talent. Hiring managers use our system to schedule interviews and make offers to shortlisted candidates, with interviews and offers being made within 2 weeks of talent getting featured.
Future versions will allow talent to select engagements that take up to 3 hours, 3 months or 3 years tenure, with the ability to prioritise work for higher salary, social impact or up-skilling opportunities."
